General overview
Comfortable and cozy, our three bedroom, two bathroom cottage is nestled in the heart of beautiful Burford in the glorious Cotswolds.
The house has just been decorated from top to bottom with brand new wood floors throughout, so we are looking for people who will really look after our home as we are very proud of it! : )
The kitchen is well equipped and has a washed and a dryer, but does not have a dishwasher.
The house is terraced (attached to other homes on both sides) and is arranged over three floors with super-king bed on the top floor with ensuite bathroom.
The middle floor has a bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a desk and one with two single beds.
The ground floor has the living room, kitchen and conservatory (there is no ground floor bathroom).
We use the conservatory as our dining room. Obviously this is better during temperate weather, but we do have a plug in heater (don't forget to turn it off!) which can be used in the winter.
We do have a small table under the television in the living room which converts to a round table, but it's a squeeze for more than two or three people.
There is a small outdoor patio for enjoying the outside.
As well as the unbeatable location, a huge benefit of our lovely cottage is that it comes with a private parking space, which in an ancient town like Burford is worth it's weight in gold! : )

Our home is arranged over three floors with two flights of stairs.

Neighbourhood
The ancient town of Burford is known as the gateway to the Cotswolds and is known for its medieval architecture and charming streets.
The town sits on the River Windrush and features traditional honey coloured Cotswold stone buildings.
Burford is famous for its bustling High Street, lined with historic houses, antique shops, and quaint tea rooms.
We are approx 30 minutes drive from Oxford, Cheltenham and Broadway and less than 20 minutes from Bourton-on-the-Water, Bibury, Stow-on-the-Wold and the beautiful Upper and Lower Slaughter villages.
Surrounded by glorious Cotswold countryside and a network of hiking paths, Burford has an enviable number of pubs, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and shops which start within a 2 minute stroll from our front door!
Unusually our cottage has a parking space which allows you to park up and explore this gorgeous historic town.
Getting to my home
A car is a good way to explore the Cotswolds, but Burford does have reasonably good bus links from Oxford and Cheltenham
Nearest airport
Heathrow airport is a little over an hour away by car.
Getting around
We are 2 minutes walk from the shops, pubs and restaurants of Burford.
