Neighbourhood

Locals refer to our neighborhood as the “bike path” area. There is a wonderful bike path trail nearby which is great to use for walking, bikes and scooters etc. There is a small park with play structure adjacent to this bike path close by, and another further down the path. We often stroll to downtown using this scenic trail. At the historic downtown plaza you can find a large park surrounded by many restaurants, tasting rooms, the Sonoma mission, and the historic Sebastiani theater. We have many local suggestions!

Nearest airport

You can fly into San Francisco, Oakland and there is even a small airport in nearby Santa Rosa.

Getting Around

Although we live on a quiet street, there are two grocery stores nearby as well as a bar with live music, a bakery, restaurants, banks, a yoga studio etc. We are a 5 min drive or a 19 minute walk to downtown. Someone could easily exist here without a car if needed, but I would recommend one for best exploring Sonoma and the surrounding areas.
