This cozy apartment is in one of the most charming and wonderful neighborhoods of Baltimore, Charles Village. The apartment is located in a tree-lined street, and it has one bedroom and a large living room that can be set as a second bedroom, one bathroom, an eat-in kitchen with an antique cast iron sink, a bathroom with an antique cast ireon bathtub, and a wonderful private porch facing the enclosed back yard.  It is on the second floor of a quiet townhouse with two other apartments.  
Charles Village is a charming neighborhood in Baltimore, MD USA. It's a home for artists, young professsionals and students, a walking distance to the famous Johns Hopkins University.

The Space

The bedroom has a queen bed, a ladder desk and a door to the porch and backyard.  If needed, we can add a bed to the larger room that is currently set as a living room. It's spacious and very clean, keeping many of the old original features from when it was built. The back yard is fenced and has a small grill and seating for your enjoyment.

Guest Access

You will have access to all sections of the apartment and the back yard.

Neighbourhood

Charles Village is one of the most charming neighborhoods in Charm City. It's within a walking distance to restaurants, grocey stores and the Farmers Market, in addition to anything that the uniersity area has to offer. There's ample street parking, and it's within a short walk to public transportation. There are guards on the block around the neighborhood at night and the police passes through the neighborhood regularly.

Nearest airport

BWI is the nearest airport, however, DC's Ronald Reagan Airport (DCA) and Virginia's Dulles Airport being used by Baltimore residents as well. Additionally, PHL Airport is 2 hours away on public transoprtation (1:35 by car)

Getting Around

Penn Station-Baltimore, 1500 N Charles St, Baltimore, MD Baltimore Penn Station is 1.3 miles from the apartment with bus routs options. From this station you can easily get to NYC, DC and Philadelphia if you'd like to explore additional cities on your trip. 

Stores, pharmacies, and resaurants are within a short walking distance. Safeway, CVS and 7-11 are all within half a mile from the apartment. 
The local city bus, CityLink's Silver line, is a 0.2-mile away.
