General overview
Our house is in the Uplands area of Oak Bay: an area with lovely gardens, lots of deer and a wonderful location - close to beaches, Oak Bay Avenue and downtown Victoria. Our street is one of the quietest in the area, with very little through-traffic, but a bus stop conveniently located at the end of the road.
Oak Bay is a picturesque suburban community on the southern tip of Vancouver Island, just a short drive away from Victoria. It is a small district home to just under 20,000 residents with a waterfront setting that gives it an incredibly beautiful and quaint look. It is an affluent area with golf and country clubs best-known for Oak Bay Avenue, the town’s central avenue with great eats, and a thriving art community.
Our apartment is part of our main home, but completely separate and with its own front door. We built our house new 3 years ago, but the apartment has not been used until this Summer, so all is new.
This is available for non-sim swaps, as it is a separate apartment/suite and not part of our main living area in our home.
The space
The apartment is new and entirely self-contained and very private. There is a separate entrance, very well equipped kitchen, lounge/sitting area with television, one bedroom with a queen bed, a comfortable double sofa bed in the sitting area, and a bathroom with tub/shower .
Guest access
One flight of stairs leads up to the apartment.
Notes
This is a non-smoking, pet-free apartment. (We do have pets, and you may see our two cats wandering around, but they aren't allowed in the apartment).

Look out for orcas if you walk along the coast.
