Neighbourhood

The neighborhood is the best part of this house. SE Woodstock Blvd is a 12-15 min walk from the house and has just about everything: -coffee shops, so many coffee shops - "The Heist" Food cart pod with over 15 food trucks to choose from - Seasonal Famers market - 2 grocery stores - breweries - bakeries, a library, restaurants, plant shops, vintage shops, children's books, and music store, children's second-hand shop, bars, hairdressers, urgent care, dentists, bike shop, tattoo studio, veterinarian clinic and so on... The Errol Heights Park is a newly remodeled city park with a kids' splash pad, a playground, a skatepark, trails and viewing spots. (~15 min walk) Berkely Park is 10 min away on foot and offers a playground and tennis courts. We live on top of a hill, adjacent to the historic neighborhood "Eastmoreland". Our neighborhood is called Eastmoreland Heights, although technically we belong to Woodstock. Eastmoreland is one of the oldest and most affluent neighborhoods in Portland. It is a great neighborhood to take a walk in and enjoy the charming and well cared for estates along tree lined streets. While you are there, take a stroll on the Reed College campus, with its very own Canyon and Lake to explore. This neighborhood is very bike-friendly and has easy access to the 40 mile Springwater Corridor. A multiuse, nonmotorized only path through Portland and beyond.

Nearest airport

Portland International Airport (PDX) is a 25-min drive from the house

Getting around
