The folding extra bed is 90 cm with mattress and slatted base.

The sofa is 3 meters, new, but not included to sleep in.

As a contribution to cleaning in non-reciprocal exchanges is €50. An external person of trust takes care of preparing the house, cleaning: sheets, towels etc. Thank you!
