Safety, dark night skies, 2 easy access pools that are open for use 24/7. Walking trails, Bike paths, nice sidewalks, Kid's playground, soccer field, Community Garden....all within 5-10 minute walk at most: Community center...a Rotunda...beauty salon, dentist, acupuncture, optometrist: all within x 3.5 blocks of the home. Our community has a policy of small businesses that form a kind of hub in the middle of the neighborhood. The concept is one of integration and designed to keep people interacting with other people. A major hospital/ emergency room is .4 miles from the home or( .64) kilometers.
