Beach house in Newport on the Northern Beaches of Sydney
The space
4 bedroom house, master with queen bed and en-suite; bed 2 has a trio bunk bed (double on bottom and single on top); bed 3 has a single bed and bed 4 a single bed. We have a tv room in addition to an open plan kitchen/dining/living room which opens onto a deck overlooking the pool and ocean. There is a small outdoor kitchen, laundry and loo downstairs at the pool level.
Guest access
We do not have any stairs to get into the main part of the house. If looking for wheelchair access keep in mind that there is a stretch of grass from the driveway to the front door but once inside it is all one level.

Neighbourhood
Newport is a beach village. As well as a major supermarket there are boutiques, restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance from our home. The beach is a 10min walk at most. We are 50-60 mins from the centre of Sydney and there is public transport available. We can include a car in the swap.
Getting around
We can offer a car and there is public transport available to go into town or up to the north shore where there is a train line that will connect you to the rest of Sydney, the Central Coast and beyond.
