General Overview

Family home with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, open living space, family room and gym in a quiet location close to biking and hiking trails, private back yard with hot tub and pool, and views of the mountains, City and of Kootenay lake. Just a 20 min walk to downtown, 15 min walk to lakeside beach. Bus stop and park nearby. Winter months we have whitewater ski hill 23km from Nelson. This ski hill receives over 40 feet of light dry powder every season.

The Space

Our home has an open main floor living plan with spacious kitchen, dining and living room, a half bath, laundry and large primary bedroom. The top floor offers 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. While the lower level offers the family room, half bath and home gym. The outside provides a walk around deck in the front to a covered deck in the back to enjoy the outside no matter what the weather.

Guest Access

Our home has a driveway access with the lowest level being an above ground basement, and exterior stairway up to the main floor entry.

We are a private cul de sac developed with a park and access to the old railway which has been converted to a walking and bike riding trail.

Nearest airport

Kelowna is the closest international airport which is 348km from Nelson. Castlegar is the closest regional airport which is 34km from Nelson. Spokane Washington international airport is 257km from Nelson however you would be required to go through customs into Canada.
