Guest Access

We are located on the main floor of the building facing 14th Street. The bonus here is that you have quick access to the space and don't need to wait for the elevator!

Notes

We appreciate our neighbours and therefore we do our best to provide peace and quiet for them. Only the people listed on the exchange are allowed inside the apartment. No parties or gatherings of friends/family are allowed. There a laundry place across the street called ABC Laundry which is very convenient. There is a 1 time cleaning fee of $200 USD.

We are a family of 4 (8 year old boy and 10 year old girl) and we love to travel! We tend to travel during summer months and gravitate towards seaside towns, but open to other neat places. We live in NYC and would love to share our East Village apartment with anyone who wants to live like a local in Manhattan!
