Our house is located in Rathdrum, ID which is 20
Minutes from downtown Coeur d’ Alene, ID- 45 min from the Spokane, WA airport, 3 hours from Missoula, MT and less than 3 hours from the Canadian border. We have the 4 full seasons with lakes to play on in the summer and skiing close by. Lots of trails for hiking and on the border of ID-WA-MT each within a few hours drive.
The space
Our house is in a development on a man made lake- no motor vehicles permitted but it’s perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming and fishing. In the winter “when it stays cold for long periods of time) the lake freezes and you can ice skate on it. The main living quarters are all single story- even the main entrance has no stairs. There are 4 bedrooms on the main floor (1 bd master w/King bed, 2 bd with full/twin bunk beds, 3rd bd with twin trundle bed, 4th bd is an office but we have a queen air mattress that can be set up
In there. The only stairs in the house go to an upstairs bonus room with private bathroom which would be ideal if traveling with multiple families. The bonus room has a sectional couch that can be used as a bed- or we have an
Air mattress and a sleeping mat.
Guest access
Single story main with the only stairs leading up to the upstairs bonus room with private bathroom.
Notes
We have one small dog so if allergies are an issue he does leave his hair on couches, but doesn’t go on beds or other furniture. Floors are wood throughout with the exception of the master bedroom and upstairs bonus room- those are both carpeted. We have a son in High School so until he graduates (6/2023) we will only be available to travel during school breaks. (Spring Break, some summer, Thanksgiving & Christmas)

Getting to my home
Spokane, WA (GEG) airport is about a 45 min drive. You will need a vehicle to get around. If we do a sim exchange we may be able to exchange vehicles as well.

We live in beautiful North Idaho where we have just recently learned about all the amazing hiking spots. We are a 2 hour drive to the Eastport Kingsgate Border Crossing into Canada, 20 minute drive to Silverwood Theme Park, 45 min from Spokane International Airport and only a couple hours to various Montana destinations (Libby, Missoula, etc). My husband just retired which frees us up for more exploring. We have a 16 year old and 22 year old son who live at home. We mostly would like to travel in the US.
