General Overview

Our home is a newer home in a housing development in Nampa, ID. We are 20 miles from downtown Boise. If you love the outdoors- this is the place for you. Hiking & biking, floating & boating, we’ve got it. Love sporting events and concerts? We have multiple college sporting teams within a 20 mile radius. Skiing your thing? Check out Bogus Basin. Do you like shopping and eating out? We’ve got it all.

The Space

Our house is in a housing development with sidewalks for walking. There is a small playground and pickleball court in the neighborhood as well as a large new playground and pickleball court 1/2 mile down the road. The home is 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has a brand new King sized bed and a large soaking tub in the master bathroom with a separate shower. The other two bedrooms have queen sized beds. One bed also has a twin trundle with a sleeping mat (better for smaller people). We do have a queen sized air mattress for additional Guests. The home is single story with hardwood floors throughout- minus the master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms.

Single story with a small step up to the front door and a small step out to the backyard.

Notes

We did have a small dog who was allowed on the couch (no beds) and a kitty who was only allowed in the front bedroom. Both animals are no longer in the home and the room where the kitty was has been deep cleaned (minus removing the carpet) the walls have been painted all in an effort to remove kitty allergens.
