Neighbourhood
Rio Del Mar is a very nice part of Aptos, CA. There is a beach down the street with plenty of parking, a coffee shop, deli and restaurant. The house is over Seascape golf course. There is a nice grocery store nearby with a large hot/cold/salad food bar. Lots of restaurants as well.

Getting around
You'll need a car, but once you arrive you'll enjoy walking, hiking and swimming in the ocean if you like!
