Neighbourhood

Rio Del Mar is a very nice part of Aptos, CA.  There is a beach down the street with plenty of parking, a coffee shop, deli and restaurant.  The house is over Seascape golf course.  There is a nice grocery store nearby with a large hot/cold/salad food bar. Lots of wineries, breweries and restaurants nearby as well.

39 miles to the San Jose International Airport

Getting around

You'll need a car, but once you arrive you'll enjoy walking, hiking and swimming in the ocean if you like!  It talks 15 minutes to walk to the sandy beach.

My main home is  in Aptos, CA is a 15 minute walk to the beach!  
The house in Morgan Hill CA (#2570) is near wineries and allows day trips to Carmel, Monterey, Pacific Grove, Capitola, Aptos, Santa Cruz, San Francisco). The Arnold house is in the Sierra Neveda Mountains.
