The house consist of two levels. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. On the first floor there is 3 bedrooms, lounge room, 2 bathrooms. The upper level has the master bedroom with en-suite , lounge room, kitchen, dining room with a table for 10 and a large balcony. The upper floor opens completely up with bifold doors and with district and distant oceanview. The big back yard has swimming pool and trampoline.

The house is in a quite neighbourhood but is conveniently close to the city, northern beaches and a major shopping mall.

Getting around

A 5 minute walk to the bus stop to take you to the city (25minutes) or famous manly beach (15 minutes).There are also plenty of Uber and taxis to get you around.
