I have the most fantastic and charming house from 1863 which makes it the eldest house in the area. There are loads of history here and the atmosphere in and outside gives you a feeling of being back in the days but with a modern scandinavian touch. I have done a lot of renovation outside which offers many places to relax, grill, sit in the sun, play and just enjoy life. The house is located in a calm area just outside Höllviken with fields and wild animals passing by, few neighbours and everything you need to enjoy your free time. Nearby you will find some of the nicest beaches in Sweden as well as unique small cities with restaurants and cafes with the nicest locations.
The space
Downstairs you will fins the master bedroom with a 2mx2m large bed. The living rooms are "ensuite" and are attached to the relax space in front of the fireplace next to the kitchen. There is also a nice washing room, an entre with space and a bathroom. Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms, an office space and one more living room with a huge relaxing sofa. The whole house have plenty of windows and allow the sun to come inside all year round.
Guest access
There are 198 m2 in two floors with stairs.

Neighbourhood
The neighbours are few and not too close, so there is plenty of privacy in the house and outdoor spaces. You are surrounded by fields and wild animals like rabbits, phesants, deers and horses, so the feeling of being in the country is unique, but you still have the ocean, the small cities and shopping nearby for your convenience. The place have a meditative effect on me and my children and the people visiting and living in the house.
Getting to my home
The house is located in the southern part of Sweden and only 25 minutes from Copenhagen airport in Denmark. You have the highway only 5 minutes from the house and the easiest way to get here is by car.

Mia
Hi! I am a woman in my best years with 4 children in different ages. Two of them live with me every other week and the other two are adults. I love traveling and have been living in many countries during my lifetime so far. I am use to renting out properties as I have been doing that for years now, but I am quite new to the swapping part which I find very exciting. I work remotely and can work from where ever I want around the world. I have houses/apartments in Sweden and Spain and are also co-owner of properties in France, Italy and Spain. I hope to swap with some nice people in here and visit new and familiar places around the world.
