General overview
Welcome to my second home in Spain where the feeling of being away from everything else is unique. The house has a lot of charm with the autentic touch of Spain in combination with Scandinavian living inside. Outside you have a fantastic garden in privacy on 3 sides of the house with only 1 neighbour. The garden offers olive trees, trees, fruitbushes, sunbeds, outdoor furniture in the shadow, a hammock for reading under the tree etc. and you will have ebry possibility to relax both inside and outside. Just over the hence you find a really nice pool for your convenience. At the entrance of the house you have an real spanish furniture to sit all day long in either the sun or shadow, you choose. There is a private parking space inside the property as well as just outside. Uppstairs you have the greatest terrace with stunning views over the fields towards the sea as you can see in the distance.
The space
There are 2 floors with 2 bedroms, a bathroom with a tub and a living room area open to the kitchen downstairs. All the floors are in marmor and nice and cool in the summertime. The stairs takes you upstairs to the second floor where you have the master bedroom with doors directly out to the terrace.

Neighbourhood
The neighbourhood is quiet and you only have one neighbour with lots of air and space around the house. The pool is over the hence and a nice park with a children playground next to it. On the other side of the road outside the house you have open fields for stunning views at night. Just 700 m from the house you find a really nice plaza with loads of restaurants and cafes and groccery shopping. 2,5 km from the house you have nice beaches as well as the biggest and nicest shoppingcenter in the area.
Getting to my home
Torreveja is 10 minutes by car from the house and 45 minutes from Alicante airport in Spain.

Alicante airport is 45 minutes from the house.
Getting around
There are 2 bikes at the house to borrow and you can reach everything by bike. It can be nice to have a car if you want to get further around as the public transportation is not so close to the house. But rental cars are quite cheap.

Hi! I am a woman in my best years with 4 children in different ages. Two of them live with me every other week and the other two are adults. I love traveling and have been living in many countries during my lifetime so far. I am use to renting out properties as I have been doing that for years now, but I am quite new to the swapping part which I find very exciting.
