General Overview

Charming, semi-detached house with cozy front and back garden. My house is located in a beautiful small village, on the edge of the dunes of North Holland. In the dunes and on the beach it is wonderful to walk and eat. For Burgundians among us, there are several good Michelin star restaurants in Haarlem, Amsterdam and the surrounding area. For globetrotters who want to explore Europe, my house is a great base!

The Space

After a busy day in one of the cities or on the beach, it is wonderful to relax in this bright, sunny house.

Guest Access

Two floors accessible by stairs. The master bedroom is located on the first floor, very spacious room; Also bathroom with shower and bath. The two single rooms on the second floor with private shower room.

Notes

The cultural city of Haarlem is 10 minutes away [bus & train]; World city Amsterdam is 30 minutes [train] away. Train & bus stop is a 10 minute walk from my house. Beach and dunes within walking/cycling distance Car is available if necessary; This depends on the type of exchange.

Liz

We are a couple of 60/70; Roland is a pensionado, I can go on holiday for a longer period of time. We love warm weather. Swimming in the ocean or nice swimming pool, fun in terms of nice villages, restaurants, formula 1, golf, cycling, walking and have a Burgundian lifestyle. Roland and I each have a house; So swapping can be simultaneous, or not simultaneous.
