Suburban home in a quiet neighborhood in NE Charlotte, 10 minutes from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. 30 minutes from airport, 25 minutes to uptown Charlotte, one hour to hiking mountains, 2.5 hours to Asheville (Blue Ridge mountains), 3.5 hours to beach. Charlotte is full of parks, restaurants, arts and culture, museums, shopping, outdoor adventures, nightlife, and more. 30 minutes to the Whitewater Center with whitewater kayaking and rafting, rope climbing, mountain biking, ziplines, flatwater kayaking, rock climbing, ropes courses, and trails.30 minutes from Carowinds, a family-friendly seasonal amusement park with roller coasters, rides, waterslides, and more.

The space
4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home that can sleep up to 10 people
Bedroom 1: Very large room with a king bed. Private bathroom with two sinks, shower, and large soaker tub. Also has a desk.
Bedroom 2: Twin floor bed with two mattresses that can be put side by side to make a bigger bed (we will eventually get a day bed frame that pulls out to make a larger bed). Also has a desk and large TV on wall with Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Bedroom 3: Twin bed. Two mattresses-one can be moved to the floor if needed. Also has a table for working, writing, building Lego sets, drawing, etc. It also has some toys and books and is home to our bearded dragon.
Bedroom 4: Twin bed. Two mattresses-one can be moved to floor if needed. Also has some toys, books and a small desk.
Additional pull-out sleeper sofa in family room (music room)
Music room with drum set, digital piano, dart set, and couch. Lovely place to sit and chat while watching the birds and squirrels outside or watching the kids play in the back yard.
Living room-Large TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime
Full Kitchen with good counter space with toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, Vitamix blender. Also have air fryer, Instant Pot, food processor, tortilla press available under the cabinet.
Completely fenced in back yard with trampoline, climbing dome, seating area, picnic table, BBQ grill, fire pit with chairs, garden (not always active, but you're welcome to harvest from it when it is).
Basketball hoop in driveway, plus bikes, skateboard, swing for tree out front, balls, and hockey sticks and pucks in garage that can be used.
Guest access
Two stories, entrance in front or through garage.
Notes
Guests would need to feed bearded dragon and water plants and garden, when it's active. If uncomfortable with this, I may be able to leave the bearded dragon with a friend.

Neighbourhood
Suburban neighborhood with sidewalks throughout. Great for taking an evening stroll. Small community playground. Ten minutes from a great park with playgrounds, hiking trails, basketball court, nature center, and open fields for playing. Five minutes from nearest supermarket and bank. Five minutes from the highway.
Nearest airport
Charlotte-Douglas International-25-30 minutes away
Getting around
You will need a car to get around. Open to possibility of car swap.
The Light Rail (train) is a great option for traveling uptown to avoid city traffic and parking, but you need to drive to the station (about 15 minutes from house), so it depends whether that's worth it for you or not.
