General Overview

My beautiful, renovated studio apartment is small but nice. Equipped with a 1.40cm bed, couch, table for 4 people, wardrobe, TV, separate fully equipped kitchen, separate bathroom with shower bath and toilet and a small balcony where you can comfortably enjoy the evening sun and end the day. It is centrally located at the train station in Holzkirchen, from where you can easily get to Munich or the surrounding lakes and mountains (each about 30 minutes by train or car).

The Space

The light-flooded living-dining-bedroom (studio) offers a comfortable queen-size bed (140x200), a dining table, a small height-adjustable work table with stool, a closet and a sofa corner with TV. From the beautiful balcony you can enjoy the afternoon sun and in the evening take a cozy sundowner. In addition, the apartment has a separate daylight bathroom with toilet, shower bathtub and washing machine; a separate fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a small hallway.

Guest Access

The studio is located on the 2nd floor (without elevator) of an apartment building, nice and quiet to the courtyard/garden of the property. The entire studio is for the exclusive use of guests.

I usually live in the apartment, so there are personal belongings in it.
