Cozy 2 floors townhouse in Oslo, close to the Oslo attractions, beaches and nature.

The space

Our 90-square-meter home has 3 bedrooms and a spacious living room with high ceiling and natural light pouring in through large windows. Outside, a small garden for relaxation and dining. 2 bedrooms at the 2nd floor ( 1 double bed 150x200 and 1 single bed 90x200) and 1 small bedroom ( 1 single bed 90x200) is at 1st floor, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 badroom and 1 WC. We have an extra mattress which can be used for an extra guest. We have alot of books and lego, puzzle for kids.

We have a small aquarium with fishes. We set up a automatic feeding as well.

Neighbourhood

We live in Oslo, it is 5 mins walk from the house to public transport or supermarket, shoping center, small park with cafe. 10-minute ride/ 20 minutes with subway to Oslo city center where you can explore Oslo attractions as parks, beaches, lakes, fishing in Oslo fjord; hiking trails just about 2km from our house, and ski slopes in winter ( from 30-60 minutes by public transport), our home offers the perfect blend of urban living and outdoor adventures.

Getting to my home

To come to my house, you can take buss or subway or by car. It is bussstop, subway station located 5 mintutes on foot. There is free parking on the road or at the guest parking ( need registration online by us).

Nearest airport

Oslo lufthavn Gardermoen airport (OSL), 35 minutes by buss (direct) or 50 mins by train ( transfer at the Oslo centre and take subway to our house), then 5 minutes walk to our home.

Getting around

In summer you can go sightseeing in the city and fjords, beaches, hiking, cycling or even skiing (in-door), taking boat/ ferry to smal islands in Oslo fijord or to near by town or to Copenhagen, Indoor activities with many museums, a new built morden library with free actitivites and events for children with the Oslo fjord view and Opera house where you can enjoy cafe, fine-dining or hot-sauna by the sea. If you like a White Chirstmas and snow activities then Oslo is a nice place to visit in periodsvof Christmas and winter break. Tradional Christmas markets with tradioninal home-made furnitures, clothes, foods, many activities for childrens with tivoli, outdoor games, Santa riding horse. Outdoor and free ice trails for skating, you can also skating or fisking on the lakes or seas. Down hill and cross-country skiing with plenty of trails and ski resorts in Oslo and near by.

Looking for summer 2025 in Europe! My family has 4: me, my husband in our 40s and our two kids (13-year-old girl & 8-year-old boy). We are orginal Vietnamese and for 15 years, we've called Oslo, Norway, our home. With background in telecom, we're now working in engineering industry in Oslo. We are sincere, trustworthy, orderly, quited people. We are like to travel, eager to explore new places and make lasting connections. Pet-friendly too! We'd happily care for your cats during exchanges. Me and our kids used to take care of our neighbouring cats when their owner travelling. In this period we’d like travel within Europe only. Due to our kids are in school so we are interested in exchanges during school holidays in Norway. In 2025 it is : Winter holidays (15.feb-25.feb), Easter holidays (12.apr-21.apr), Summer holidays ( 20.juni-20.August) Autumn holidays ( 27.sep-6.oct) Christmas 20.dec-31.dec
