Hospitality Description: Ted is the captain and a brilliant cook. Every year we host friends and their friends on our boat. We have loads of fun meeting new people, both on our boat and along fellow boaters who stop by to comment on the NZ All Blacks flag.

Neighbourhood

Neighborhood is aways changing. There are only a few constants. 1 It's never in Paris 2. There's almost always a church or cathedral 3. There will be a boulangerie. We always eat well Fresh locally grown produce and Ted's cooking guarantee that. We also like to find the favorite restaurant of the locals once in awhile to give Ted a break. Sometimes we're in bigger cities and sometimes very small towns, but we're always keen to explore new things (museums, swimming places, wineries, chateau and cathedrals and historical places, remembrance of The French Resistance, local coffee shops

Nearest airport

We've used CDG and Basel and Frankfurt. But guests have used Lyon and Brussels and Amsterdam. It all depends on what else you want to see and who has the best airfare and schedule.

Getting Around

We take the boat to a town. Then we moor up and explore. Shops are always within biking distance, and usually just a short walk to shops and restaurants and attractions
