The apartment is on the 7th floor with elevator access, and the parking is accessible by elevator as well. There is a small step to enter the shower and a small step to access the terrace.

Saint-Ouen is the Paris of Parisians — a vibrant, bohemian, and creative neighborhood. Our apartment sits right on the border between the eco-district of Les Docks (modern, green, and comfortable) and the Garibaldi area (trendy, artsy, and very Parisian).

Things to discover on foot:
- The Saint-Ouen Flea Market (10 min walk): a world-famous maze of antiques and vintage treasures.
- The “Communale” food court: perfect for trying world cuisines, playing ping-pong, or enjoying a drink in the evening.
- Restaurants recommended by Le Fooding (Bonne Aventure, Café Jaune, JeanJean…).
- High-quality local shops: organic groceries, independent bookstores, charming florists, and natural wine bars.

For families:

LEONOR

We're a blended Parisian family. Léonor, 47, is Editorial Director in a communication agency. Aurélien, 33, manages real estate programs for a nonprofit. Inès, 22, studies design at the Design Academy in Eindhoven (but often joins us on our travels), and Augustin is a 18-year-old high school student. We recently welcomed a kitten, Arold, born in May 2025, who will need to be cared for.
