General overview
Shaughnessy Vancouver BC home set in the trees but close to all the amenities of the city. Smack dab in the middle of awesome parks and facilities along with great dining options and views close by. Beach is just a 10 minute drive or beautiful bike ride along designated trails and walkways. Airport is 15 min drive. Kerrisdale is a beautiful place one of the oldest parts of Vancouver the street lights are over 100 years old so you can still see the stars at night from the backyard. We are surrounded by old growth trees that thrive in the peaceful atmosphere. A few streets over are shops, restaurants and grocery stores and anything else you could need. Kerrisdale pool and skating rink and oval only blocks away.
The space
The home reminds of a Tuscan villa. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms could be available (prefer smaller groups) as well as a separate suite with kitchen and 1 bedroom on lowest level. This can be booked separate or the whole house. Note there may be another family while you exchange renting the separate suite.
Home gym with elliptical, peloton and weights for your health during your stay.
Please note we have two cats , they could be house sat for your stay so don't let that deter you but if you have allergies may not work out :)

3 floors and stairs are required to enter the home.
Notes
We do operate a 1 bedroom airbnb downstairs so we ask guests be mindful of noise to the lower suite.

We have two daughters age 9 and 7 and sometimes like to travel with Pop Pop and Granny. My husband and myself are well into our forties, Kandes is a Medical Device Sterilizing Tech and Damon is a Real Estate Agent so we are equipped to take care of your home and keep it clean. We have two cats :)
