General overview
Nice, quiet home in Central Berkeley in a wonderful safe neighborhood. About a mile to downtown, U.C. Berkeley, BART. One block for a AC Transit weekday commuter bus to downtown San Francisco. Lovely neighbors. Lots of tree including Redwood next door.
The space
A 4 bedroom, 3 bath, two storied 1920s Berkeley bungalow. Wood floors, air-pump heating and AC system where the temperature can be adjusted for each room. 1459 square feet. Full, complete house. Lovely front and back gardens. Pick fresh flower, vegetables and fruit.
If not needed, one bedroom will be used to store clothes, toys, knick-knacks to de-clutter house further.
Guest access
Bottom floor has 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom which may be used for storage, kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms. Upstairs a queen size bed and attached bathroom. Both showers and bathtub available.
Notes
We have really loved living in this house for the past 23 years. Our street and nearby neighbors are lovely.

Small market, 4 restaurants 2 blocks away. Large supermarket with incredible fresh produce. .4 miles away. Parks nearby. Very residential neighborhood with tree lined streets. Close access to the University.
San Francisco Bay is about 1.2 miles away. Great for birders.
Getting to my home
BART to take from either the Oakland or San Francisco airport is about 3/4 mile away. Easy Lyft/Uber or walk.
BART gives you quick access to the rest of the East Bay, San Francisco, North Pe3ninsula. AC Transit bus line is less than a block away which will get you to other parts of Berkeley, Albany, Oakland, El Cerrito, Richmond and beyond.
Nearest airport
Oakland about 10 miles. BART goes from/to the airport. Nearest station 3/4 mile.
