General overview
Casa Lenticchia is a bright, welcoming apartment just outside Milan with a relaxing view of the countryside. It has all the comforts you might need during a stay and is located in a very friendly neighborhood, surrounded by many places to visit nearby and lots of experiences to do within walking distance.
Milan is about 15 minutes away by car, but you can take the metro just 5 minutes away. There is also a convenient tram that takes you directly to the center and is about 500 meters from the apartment.
Starting from our apartment you can also visit the cities of Pavia, Lodi and Monza (about 30 minutes by car) but also the beautiful Oltrepó Pavese or the rich Brianza where there are beautiful villages, often unknown, just waiting to be discovered!
Countryside and city just a step away from our home!
The space
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a rather recent building and overlooks wheat fields which help to create a pleasant feeling of relaxation..!
It is composed of a double bedroom which also contains a single bed, a bathroom and a living room with a queen-size sofa bed.
It is a perfect space for up to 4 people, if there are small children it can even accommodate 5.
The house is suitable for small children because it is equipped with a changing table and it is possible to add a cot if necessary.
The small terrace where you can relax and enjoy the open view of nature is very pleasant.
In the surrounding area there are also several parks where you can walk or relax, a beautiful farmhouse used as a municipal library where you can spend beautiful afternoons, and a brand new observatory, the first in Europe in terms of technology, which contains a historic telescope protected by UNESCO!
Guest access
The apartment is on the 3rd floor with lift and has no architectural barriers at the entrance.
Notes

Neighbourhood
The neighborhood is residential, very quiet and the neighbors are really welcoming people!
I live a few steps from the house and can give you all the support you need. I am always very happy to get to know my guests and help them with directions and suggestions if needed!
Getting to my home
The ideal is to have a car to be able to move freely and reach the nearest metro, but there is a tram not far from home (about 500 meters) which takes you both to the metro and directly to the center of Milan, right behind the Duomo .
If our schedules fit together well, however, I could give you a lift in my car
Nearest airport
The closest airport is Milan Linate (about 25 minutes by car), but Malpensa and Orio Al Serio airports are also good (about 40 minutes by car).
From the airport the best solution remains the car in my opinion, but there are numerous trains and buses that take you to Milan city in 40/50 minutes and from there you can take transport home (about 40 minutes by public transport) or Taxi.
Getting around
Although it is a mostly residential neighborhood, about 300 meters from the house there is a supermarket, several bars and other services such as a pharmacy, tobacconist, pizzeria...
However, if you are by car, this area and Milan are full of places to see or where to eat and I would be happy to give you some useful information to help you get to know the place!
