General overview
A classic Elizabeth Bay, Sydney, Australia, studio apartment. Only 27 square metres but cleverly designed. The apartment is in a well-known Harry Seidler designed block. A well-equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, a queen-size bed that goes back into the lounge room wall during the day. A full wall of windows with a lovely view including glimpses of Sydney Harbour. Only a 20-minute walk to the city and buses right at the door.
The space
The living room/bedroom is very practical. The bed swings down from the wall when required. A whole wall is a picture window and there is only one common wall.
The laundry is shared with other residents and includes high quality, coin operated, washers and dryers.
Guest access
There is an elevator to the third level and only a couple of steps from the shared car park.
There is a beautiful pool on the roof and plenty of room to relax and soak up Sydney's famous sunshine!

Parking is described as 'scramble' This means first in gets the spot. We have never failed to find a parking place, but one cannot be guaranteed.

Elizabeth Bay precinct is one of the most well-known areas of inner Sydney. A short three hundred metre stroll to Potts Point/ Kings Cross with dozens of restaurants of all types. Nightlife abounds if that is your desire, but the apartment is quiet.
Buses pass the door every 8 minutes heading for the city. or Central railway station.
Getting to my home
Elizabeth Bay is a 20-minute ride from the airport. Trains leave from the nearby rail station to all parts of Sydney
