Neighbourhood

Their are a few more cottage around , one close by ours. We are all friends and help each other’s if we at all are there at the same time. There is a hotel nearby called «Imingfjell Turistheim», 2 km to walk uphill from our cottage. When it is open you can order a buffet or just their fried mountain trout (our favorite). Nearest airport

OSL Oslo and TRF Sandefjord are 3-4 hours drive. BGO Bergen is five hours drive.

Getting Around

You need a car. Closest grocery is Uvdal Fjellhandel/ JOKER 24/7 at Bjerkeflaata five km from the parking area. Uvdal 13 km drive has a new grocery (Coop Extra). It is 25 km to nearest center Rødberg for KIWI and everything else you need. I can share a activity guide if you are interested?
