Sue, Jason and Oliver's home is very comfortable, welcoming, in a quiet neighborhood but close to the center of Calgary whether by bus or car. The bedding is very comfortable, the rooms are large as well as their bathroom. We were able to enjoy the outdoors but didn't have time to use the jacuzzi. The kitchen overlooking the large living room is friendly, we were able to cook like at home.

Sue's home was absolutely perfect - excellent location, clean, cozy and well appointed. We loved the games in the basement and having an evening in the hot tub! As well, she and her family made us feel extra welcome by providing a homemade cheesecake that we enjoyed with the family on Christmas Eve! Thank you and we look forward to exchanging in the future!

My limited vocabulary cannot do justice to the awesome exchange we experienced at Sue, Jason and Oliver's Calgary home. Sometimes you meet people and it just clicks? That's the hospitality exchange that we got from our new friends. A lovely home. On the edge of downtown Calgary. Quiet residential neighbourhood with a nice warm hot tub. We got to borrow bikes with easy access to the Bow River waterfront trail. Easy and fun conversations with Sue and Jason and, as a bonus, free Japanese lessons from their very affable son Oliver. Totally looking forward to the return exchange in Quebec. Love you all so much and thanks for making our Banff visits so enjoyable.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Sue’s house! Her home is stunning, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated—she even put up Christmas decorations for our family to enjoy, which made our stay feel extra special. The house is well-equipped with everything you need, including plenty of board games and children’s books, making it perfect for families. Communication with Sue was always prompt and friendly, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor fire pit and spa—such a perfect way to relax and unwind. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend Sue’s home to anyone!

It was an excellent experience staying at Sue's home. They welcomed us in their beautiful home and even made extra effort to letting us stay for the entire 3 weeks. We had everything we needed and more. The home is well equipped with everything and made the stay during our son's therapy treatment so much easier and comfortable. Sue also helped me received grocery delivery before arrival and always prompt on communication. We loved our stay!

Sue, Jason and Oliver were wonderful hosts! Before the exchange begun, they were very accommodating by allowing our service dog to travel with us, they offered to pick us up at the airport, and they made sure our stay would be fantastic by including some necessary items such as a vehicle, baby gate, car seats, toys etc. Their home is in a very central location in Calgary, near plenty of things to do including parks like Heritage Park, Glenmore Park, Sandy Beach, Bowness, etc. Also very close to Stampede as it was only a 15 min Uber ride away. We loved staying in their home, the master bed was like sleeping in the clouds. And they have blackout rolls and curtains which made nap time for my kids a dream! They made sure everything was very clean before our arrival, and were easy to communicate with before, during, and after the exchange. Thank you again for a fantastic 2 week stay in Calgary!

What a small world! We found out in our exchanges that we grew up in the same city and our high schools were rivals ;) Rebecca and her adorable family were great guests. They were very communicative and left our home spotless, literally. We would not hesitate to have them in our home again.

Sue and Jason's home was our first exchange on PLU. Words can't express how memorable the stay was and how grateful it was for us to have hosts like Sue and Jason. Sue was so kind to accept my request for a last minute exchange and even lent their car to us with trust. Their house is very well located (8 mins from downtown Calgary), modern and spotlessly clean! On arrival to their house, our kids were welcomed with bath bombs and bubbles. Their son Oliver was very sweet to let my kids play in his room. All of us then had a little chat and a tour of their home before bed. Although the first meet-up was brief, we continued to message each other that week and have created a friendship :) In this trip, we also visited Banff which was absolutely breathtaking in November! There are a few spots on our list for next time and when we return, we will be sure to message Sue and Jason again. And likewise if they have plans for Ontario again in the future, they know they have a home to come to. Thank you again, Sue, Jason and Oliver. Take care until we meet.

What a fabulous PLU experience! We were thrilled to have met Lillian and her lovely family before we left for our vacation. We invited them to stay with us as they arrived the day before the exchange. Our son was able to show his toys to her adorable sons who instantly gravitated to the Lego and Hot Wheels. Wish we had more time to get to know them. Next time ;) Our home was the same as we left it. We highly recommend them as exchange guests to anyone.
