General overview
Welcome to drink your morning coffee on your private patio near the swimming pool and then go to explore our southwest gem!
It is nothing like anywhere else in Arizona. We have a perfect location for travelers who like small-town flavor, hiking in mountains, horseback riding, biking, beautiful sunshine, lots of wildlife, and golf.
Oh, yes, it is a paradise for golfers!
We have two World-class beautiful golf courses in our charming community. During this Coronavirus quarantine, all Arizona's golf courses are opened and fees are much cheaper than usual prices!

The space
Our house is two-level.
The first level has a living area with an open concept and lots of natural light throughout this gorgeous home. Duo-reclining leather sofa and la-z-boy chairs in the living room, fast WIFI, 80'Smart TV. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can possibly need.
The second level: 3 beautiful, cozy, and private rooms and two bathrooms.
The Master bedroom has a king bed and a private full bathroom, two other rooms have queen beds and a shared full bathroom.
But wait, there is more...! You will enjoy our private backyard oasis with covered patios, fire pit, fireplaces, and BBQ area as well as our warm swimming pool with a jacuzzi.

Notes
Kids are ok, but the pool is not fenced, and would recommend those with children who know how to swim.

Neighbourhood
Our home is located in an upscale community in the White Tank Mountains in Buckeye AZ (about 30 minutes west of Phoenix).
The Phoenix-Buckeye metro area is one of the largest America's cities with world-class dining, shopping, and golf.
We are a 2-hour drive from Sedona, a 3-hour drive to Mexico, a 3.5-hour drive to the Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon, a 4.5-hour drive to Las Vegas. a 5-hour drive to San Diego or Los Angeles.
We have glorious weather from October through May. Our sunny skies allow for year-round outdoor recreation. Our summers are hot, but perfect for a dip in our backyard pool.
And we have so much more to enjoy in the gorgeous southwest desert.
The comfortable beds and cozy outdoor entertaining areas are waiting for you!
You will not be disappointed! Bring the whole family and make memories!!!
Getting around
We have 3 bikes to explore the community or mountain trails just blocks away.
Uber/Lift drivers are plentiful but we would recommend renting a car or we can arrange a swap.

Greg and Irina
It is just two of us, but sometimes we travel with friends or family.
We are easygoing and love to meet new people and love to travel, especially to tropical destinations. Yes, I know, everybody likes warm!).
Greg has his passion - golf. He can golf anywhere anytime. Irina feels the same about deep-sea fishing. And both of us love the ocean. But we are open to almost anywhere.
Greg has a sports background, he is an MN State champion in heavyweight wrestling and now he is an owner of insurance business and real estate. Irina has Russian roots and moved to the US just 5 years ago. How you can see we are an international family.)) And we are open to new adventures and places we may not have thought about.
This is the first time we do a home exchange, but we have years of experience in hosting our friends and renting our real estate properties.
