General overview
Our 4400 sq ft home is located in Daybreak, a beautiful master planned community near SLC, Utah. It has 7 bedrooms, a theater, 2 kitchens, and a large deck. One block away is a pool and recreation center. Down the street is a gorgeous lake where you can go kayaking and paddle boarding for free.
The space
As you enter the home there is a cozy living room with antique piano. Behind it is a newly remodeled spacious kitchen with 12 ft quartz island that seats 8-10 and a dining table that also seats 10-12. The kitchen opens to a family room with vaulted ceilings and fireplace. There is also the master bedroom, office and 2 bathrooms on the main floor. Upper level is 3 bedrooms although one is converted to an art studio. Downstairs is 2 bedrooms, theater and another family room and kitchen. The family room does accommodate several beds if needed. The backyard had grill, large deck and trampoline.

There are over a hundred stores, several movie theaters all within 2 miles of our home. Daybreak has multiple pools, lake, gym, hospital and a neighborhood pub and boutiques. We are 40 min from ski resorts and 25 from downtown slc
