I propose a cute 1 bedroom apartement in one of the best area in Paris. Safe, easy to go to all main places, next to eiffel tower, Champs Elysées, Saint Germain des Prés...It is in an clean and calm builging.
The space
The apartment is in a clean an modern building. On the 3rd floor (with elevator). Friendly neighboors.
It is very calm, bright and clean.
It is 50 square meters, with a main room, bedroom, bathroom (with bath) and full equiped kitchen.
It’s composed with one bed with 2 beds (down 130 cm and up 90 cm). Main living room. Separate kitchen fully equipped, bathroom and separate toilet.
Guest access
Easy to access to 3 metros (line 8 la motte piquet grenelle Line 6 Cambronne, and line 10 Emile Zola)
On the 3rd floor with elevator.
Notes
The area is safe, lovely full of restaurants bakery’s markets etc...
You can walk to the Eiffel tour 10 minutes walk’
Close also to invalides, st germain des pres, Champs Elysées...

SHE CANCELED OUR RECIPROCAL EXCHANGE ( COSTA RICA/ PARIS) AFTER STAYING IN OUR PLACE, 3 WEEKS BEFORE OUR TRIP. This was the worst guest experience we've had, and we been exchanging for 2 years, hosting around 25 families and being a guest 15 times, always with great reviews. Her comunication from the begining was bad. She changed her mind about her itinerary and the dates she was staying in our Condo last minute. It was originally a 10 day stay but she ended up going to a different location. Then one morning she text to let us know she was going to our place. Of course we made it work to accommodate and host her in our place. She never acknowledged the thoughtful gift that we left her, she found 2 CRICKETS in the bedroom but she thought they were "cockroaches" , she went crazy about it. It was late at night (9 pm) when she let me know I was able to send someone to take care of the insects. She never even thanked us for helping her with the cricket so late at night. Two days after her 4 day stay in our place (originally 10 days) she cancelled our stay in her place in Paris knowing that we had everything ready for our trip to Paris. I will not recommend Ada for any exchange. -
Ada was lovely and always communicative. It is a pleasure to have her family as a guest in my home. She kept it clean and tidy.
