General Overview

Seeking globe stays fot summer as we already have our own plans.


2nd floor unit, ocean view from the balcony.  In a beachfront complex.
2 pools, easy beach access.
2 bedrooms
High speed internet.
Quiet complex

Master Bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
2nd Bedroom has a queen size bed with a guest bath including a shower.  We also have a nice twin size inflatable bed with plenty of extra space in this bedroom.

Kayaks and paddle boards available for your use.

Best high speed internet in the area, great for those who work online. 

Includes use of golf cart.

Guest Access

Condo is on the 2nd floor but there is an elevator available right next to the unit.  Europeans would call this the 1st floor.

Neighbourhood

Walk to the marina and many restaurants in just a few minutes.
Walk to a convenience store and the best gelato you have ever had.
In a very safe gated resort community.
Tons to do in the area plus the beach and pools of course.
Shallow beach is great for families with young kids.
Local school with small playground, basketball court and big field is just around the corner plus a library with English books.
Large brand new grocery store is just across the highway outside of the gates.
Bigger park is about a 10 minute walk away with volleyball, playground, pickleball, basketball, soccer, trails etc

Getting to my home

Rent a car and drive from  the cancun airport or use a private shuttle service like canada transfers.  Happy to discuss a car exchange for a simultaneous exchange.  We also have a golf cart that we can include with the use of the home to get around our small community.

Getting Around

I recommend renting a car but there are collectivos (small buses) that run all along the highway very cheaply.  Also there are taxis.

We had such a wonderful stay at your beautiful home in Puerto Aventuras! The house was absolutely lovely, spacious, spotless and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. You were always available whenever we needed anything, which made everything incredibly easy. We also loved the complex itself. The kids had so much fun going around in the golf cart, which became one of their favourite parts of the stay! 😊 The location was also perfect for exploring the Riviera Maya, with easy access by car to Playa del Carmen, Akumal, Tulum and even Cancún. Thank you so much for opening your home to us, Melanie. We had a fantastic time and would happily come back! 💛
