General Overview

Our area is the perfect mountain playground. We have hiking trails minutes from our home. We are 10 minutes from Banff National Park and surrounded by 4 provincial parks! 3 national parks all within an hour. We have minutes access to all season recreation All this and only 1 hour away from a large urban area Calgary

The Space

We have 3 levels! 2 flights of stairs,2000sq.ft/183 m2 An entertainment room on ground floor with A 2nd floor with gourmet kitchen, lounge with fireplace, full laundry room and deck and a3rd floor with 2 bedrooms! Desk area and en-suite in each bedroom

In winter there is skiing, x country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, dog sledding, ice fishing In summer 5 golf courses within 40 minutes, fishing,trail riding , mountain biking!, hiking all in spectacular mountain setting with great restaurants, craft breweries, distillers and art galleries

Neighbourhood

We are minutes walking to main street, bow river trail system so any in town time can be walking. Our neighborhood is a mixture of retirees, young families and wekenders in a very quiet setting

Getting Around

You will only need a car to get to National and Provincial parks with all other services available walking such as groceries, restaurants, shops, galleries, boutiques
