General overview

Our deck looks over Lake Dillon and the 10-Mile Mountain Range. From our door, you can jump on several trails and get lost for an hour or more. Summers are perfect for hikers, mountain bikers, sailors, and those who love outdoor dining. Winters, of course, are great for those who love all winter sports. We are between 2-15 miles from the following resorts: Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, Copper, and Breckenridge.

  • We had such a fantastic stay in Dillon at Ginny’s home. It was warm, spacious, had everything we needed and the most amazing view of the lake and mountains beyond. The area was amazing, we loved visiting Breckenridge about 30 minutes drive away and even caught a local ice hockey game which was so fun. We went skiing at Copper which is very close. Loved the local rec centre for swimming and fitness. The property managers we dealt with were very friendly, communication was fab and overall we had such an amazing time - thank you again Ginny!

  • The pictures do not do it justice! Ginny's home is spacious and cozy with a view that is absolutely breathtaking. We arrived late at night, so were blown away by the beauty of Mother Nature right from the living room. ⛰️ 🤩 Her kitchen was well-stocked and there were board games galore. The location of her townhome is super convenient, too! A short five-minute walk to the free Summit bus stop that can take you to so many places. Centrally located between Breckenridge, Keystone, and Silverthorne, you've got so many ski resorts to choose from when it's the season. Thank you, Ginny, for your hospitality and generosity! I am certain future guests will fall in love with your home as much as we did. 💙

My husband, Shane, and I are retiring (early) from international education. We have lived all over the world and plan to keep traveling. We have 2 homes: Dillon, Colorado- smack in the middle of several ski resorts; and New Port Richey, Florida- on a golf course and near the Gulf Coast beaches. We are new to exchanging and looking forward to meeting others who love to explore the world.
