General overview
We have a one floor home, about 150 square meters, with a beautiful and very private garden.
The space
We have 3 bedrooms. A double bed (180cm) in one bedroom, a 120cm bed each in the 2 other bedrooms.
A super comfy couch in the living room that turns in to a big bed as well.
We have a 12 year old and an 8 year old so their rooms are set up after that age. :)
A big dining room with a piano.
Living room with a fire place.
There is a ping pong table in the garden as well as swings and a trampoline. Depending on the season there is also lots of apples, plums, rhubarb and grapes in the garden.
Bicycles that you can use. Maybe we could even swap cars?

Neighbourhood
Our home is only 10 minutes away from Sigtuna, which is Swedens oldest town (established around year 980!) and it is home to more rune stones than any other place in the world. :)
We have plenty of places around to go swimming summertime and the woods and nature just across the street.
In the winter there is a small skiing slope only about 10 min away. Perfect for beginners.
We always go chasing the sun so if we exchange and you live in a warm place with no winter clothes we are happy to lend you what we have and to make sure at least you have a warm jacket/hat/scarf/gloves. :)
Getting to my home
Our house is about a 10 minute drive to to Arlanda international airport and about 10 minutes to Sigtuna. Around 30 minutes to Stockholm city center and Uppsala as well.
Nearest airport
Arlanda airport is only a 10 min drive.
Getting around
About half an hour to Stockholm city by car (we are happy to swap cars as well).
There is also a train an 8 minute bus-ride away that takes you to Sthlm city in about 35 min.
We are also happy to lend you bicycles and could discuss motorcycles as well. :)

We are a couple in our 40´s with 2 kids, 8 & 12.
Patricio is originally from Chile and Nina half American half Swedish and we are now living in Stockholm, Sweden.
We love travelling and have been to almost 60 counties as a couple together and counting...hoping to see them all! :) We also love music, the sun, beach and nature but also big cities.
