General Overview

This is a small studio that is located in it´s own building next to our house. It is about 25 square meters and it has a 120cm bed and a sofa bed that folds out on the floor with an extra top-mattress. Ideal for 1-2 people but could also work for a 3rd person for a few nights. It is small & simple but has everything you might need. It also has a fireplace for colder days. The TV works with a chrome cast. Access to the laundry room is through our house so if we are away there is no possibility for laundry unfortunately. There is a space with a table and some chairs outside in a private space in the garden. There is a possibility to borrow bicycles or maybe swap cars or motorcycles.

Nina

We are a couple in our 40´s with 2 kids, 10 & 14. Patricio is originally from Chile and Nina half American half Swedish and we are now living in Stockholm, Sweden.
