Neighbourhood

Located in peaceful Koala Beach estate, our home is in a safe, friendly and quiet neighbourhood. Our neighbourhood is a wildlife sanctuary with no dogs or cats allowed. There is abundant birdlife and wildlife in the estate, we even had a koala in the tree in our front yard recently. Our neighbours are all lovely people with kids. Across the road is a reserve so you look out to trees, not houses.

Nearest airport

Gold Coast/Coolangatta Airport (OOL) is 25 minutes.

Getting Around

It's a 4 minute drive into town for shops, cafes and groceries or you can ride bikes which will take about 15 minutes. There is limited public transport in this area, except for buses. Uber is available. We are happy to do car swaps too!
