General overview
We own a large apartment (85sqm) on the penultimate, fourth floor in a modern building. Our apartment was built in 2021.
The apartament can accomodate 6-8 people easily. The are 3 bedrooms, 1 living room with a dining area, 2 bathrooms and balcony (10sqm). It's modern in style, sunny, spacious and very comfortable to live in. This is our primary home so it`s very comfortably furnished, equipped with the highest quality appliances (RoboJet vacuum, Smart TV, dryer, coffe machine etc)
Our flat is:
1. Living room has a balcony and is equipped in a big smart TV (55'') and soundbar, dining table for 6-8 people and a corner with a sleeping function.
2. Two children's room - each room has a bed (90/180 x 200, a sofa by day and a single or double bed by night), million toys and desk.
3. A bedroom with a very comfortable, double bed (160 x 200).
4. Two bathroom – one bathroom with a walk-in shower, the other with a bathtub.
5. The kitchen is fully stocked kitchen and has all the amenities needed, it has everything you will require.
6. A small room with a washing machine and dryer.
Building has security guard. We have two parking place in the underground garage. We also have a place to store bicycles (sometimes we take the bicycles, and sometimes we leave them and then you can use them - 2 bicycles for adults and two for children aged 7 and 9).
The residential area has two gyms and a kids play that can be used without limit. There are also outdoor playgrounds in the residential area.
We have a high speed internet connection which you are free to use.
The apartment is very well located, in Gdansk Wrzeszcz, very close to the city center. It's close to the most of must-see places in Gdansk. It's so easy to go to old town, seaside, forest with the bike, tram, city-train or car.OKOLICA

Notes
On the ground floor there is a large grocery store, a bakery and a butcher shop.
No animals live in our home, so you don't need to worry about allergens.
We have two children aged 7 and 9 so in the apartment you will find a lot of toys, board games, books (in Polish). We also have a lot of beach toys.
The neighbors are understanding, however, the apartment is forbidden to organize loud parties and smoking.
If any of the guests need to do some remote work, we have a work desk with everything you need to plug your laptop and work remotely (one external screens, headphones, keyboard, mouse).
We have two parking spaces in the underground garage. We also have a place to store bicycles. The residential area has two gyms and a kids play that can be used without limit.
We have a fridge with a water dispenser and an ice maker.

Neighbourhood
All the major amenities of a big city are within walking distance (park, restaurants, cinema, shops, train station). A place of almost endless possibilities when it comes to any season.
Our apartment is perfectly connected with Sopot Główny, which is only 8 km away, and the Old Town of Gdańsk, 6 km away.
With us you do not need your own car, you can get everywhere by public transport or on foot.
You can go directly to the beach by tram (the tram stop is 2 minutes from our house) or by foot (walking takes 25 minutes).
