If golf is your passion, the Seve Ballesteros designed 18 hole course is one of the best in the region !
Additionally, the Clubhouse includes a state of the art gym (cost is 70 euros per month, including unlimited access to classes), a casual restaurant and bowling alley, plus a fine dining restaurant on the upper level, as well as tennis and padel courts.
Andalucia, the local region, is famed for it's climate, gastronomy, architecture, stunning natural beauty and, of course, flamenco! The location of the apartment provides an excellent base from which to explore the whole southern Spanish region. The highlights of Ronda, Jerez, Gibraltar, Cadiz, Seville, Cordoba and Granada, to name just a few, are all within easy driving distance.

The space
This spacious, contemporary, top floor penthouse apartment offers two double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and has extensive outdoor living space, including an 85m2 roof terrace. With stunning Mediterranean views towards the Andalucian coastline across the Straits to Morocco, and as part of the exclusive Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club estate, this property provides luxury, location and a wow factor.
An interest in design is evident through clean lines interspersed with vibrant splashes of colour, including art work collected during our travels, creating an environment that is both relaxed and inviting. Open plan with integrated living spaces provides for easy flow through to the outside entertainment areas.
The apartment enjoys all room climate control and marble flooring thereby remaining cool in the summer months and cosy in the short winter period.

Our home is in a block of 6 apartments and is located on the 2nd floor. There is direct lift access from the underground garage where we have a dedicated parking space, and with the accommodation all on one level, living is easy !

Neighbourhood
Our area provides visitors with the opportunity to immerse themselves in everyday Spanish life. Being a short drive from both the coastal town of San Pedro, and the famous hill town of Benahavis, we are surrounded by nature, and yet close to all amenities, offering the best of both worlds.
Getting to my home
We are located a short drive from the charming and historical coastal town of San Pedro d'Alcantara where you will find all amenities, entertainment and a variety of excellent restaurants and cafes.
A further 10 minute drive brings you to Marbella and Puerto Banus, the exclusive playground of the rich and famous!
The hill town of Benahavis, our "official" location, is a 10 minute drive inland, and is also home to a variety of cafes and restaurants.
Nearest airport
A 45 minute drive in either direction takes you to the two International airports (Malaga and Gibraltar) which service the region. They provide extensive European coverage with flexible global access.
Getting around
A car is essential even though our nearest shops are literally 2 minutes drive, as the A-397/Ronda Road, does not have pedestrian pathways.
