Hop on the golf cart and take the beautiful back roads to the beaches. We have four bedrooms and an office, saltwater swimming pool, fully fenced in property and many animals to enjoy. We are a health conscious family with whole house water filter, Reverse Osmosis with added minerals for drinking water. infrared sauna, vibration plate, cold plunge, red light therapy, and many more things for you to enjoy. Minutes to Siesta Key (going North), and Historical Venice Island- Shark tooth capital of the world!(going south) with an abundance of great restaurants and shopping.

1 hour to St. Pete
2 hours to Orlando/Disney World
Hop on the Key West Express Speed boat and head to the Florida Keys for the day/days.

The Space

Gated home with passcode, you’ll have over 3 acres of fun here. The home is fully fenced in with a large trampoline, outdoor swing, many scooters and bikes, paddle boards and animals galore! There are many edible trees on the property including mango, papaya, banana, lemon, longan, moringa etc. This is the pinnacle of Florida living mixed in perfectly with enjoying the slow life without neighbors in sight. Our home has four spacious bedrooms.The master has an on-suite bathroom, jet tub, king bed, sauna, and TV. The Second and third bedroom share a full bath. The second bedroom has twin bunk beds, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has its own attached full bath, and a twin bed with a twin trundle below. Our screened in heated pool/hot tub is saltwater, and we have a large sitting area with a tv and fire pit. Relax by the pool and watch the horses play.
As exciting as it is to be around animals, we understand that not everyone is able to or wants to take care of them while you’re here. We are flexible with what you would like to do and will have someone come everyday to feed and freshen water for them. All of that can be discussed so you can enjoy our beautiful property at your comfort level.

Neighbourhood

Quiet area, lovely ‘neighbors’(We are located in a spot where most of our neighbors have 5-10 acres so none of them are visible). Just .5 mile bike ride to the famous Legacy Trail. Shopping, coffee and many restaurants are close enough to hop on the golf cart and drive to.

Getting Around

We have a 2021 six seater golf cart and a 2022 seven seater GMC Denali for possible transport.

Public transit is within walking distance and goes all over the city.
