Cindy's home is large, clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated. There are lots of good public transport options nearby, but it's also walking distance to Parliament via Wellington St. or the beautiful path along the river. Cindy was a wonderful, attentive host that catered to our needs. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. If you're looking for a swap in Ottawa we highly recommend staying at Cindy's.

Very nice apartment in a quiet residence (with heated swimming pool 😃 tested every day!). Downtown Ottawa accessible on foot, but even more easily by bike (numerous bike paths including 1 at the foot of the building.) We had a very pleasant stay with Cindy and Andrew who did everything to make us feel comfortable! It was our first exchange… a success!!! A big thank-you !!! ♥️

Staying in Jelena and Tom’s home was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Their apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in a fantastic location that allowed us to explore the area with ease. They left us everything we needed for a comfortable stay, along with thoughtful local tips that made our trip even more enjoyable. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout the exchange, and they went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. We unfortunately did not get to meet in person, but we did meet some of their family members, who were incredibly warm and kind. We would be thrilled to exchange with Jelena and Tom again in the future and we hope to welcome them in our home one day.

We had a wonderful stay at Jeff and Jessica's home. It was truly the perfect "city mouse, country mouse" exchange! Their home was peaceful, clean, and incredibly comfortable, providing us with a relaxing getaway. Jeff and Jessica were incredibly thoughtful, even providing us with robes to use their lovely sauna. A special thank you to Evelyne for generously sharing her toys with our kids — they had so much fun! We were also touched by their thoughtful, delicious, and generous gifts.
