General Overview
Our typical Provençal house is quiet in a large wooded and secure park.
It is built on a large golf estate offering magnificent views of the Esterel massif.
A large swimming pool, two tennis courts and a Spa are available.
Its geographical location is ideal for the discovery of the Provençal landscapes, its picturesque villages and its famous vineyards.
The house is half an hour from the beaches of Sainte Maxime, from where maritime shuttles take you to Saint-Tropez.
Cannes, Nice and Monaco are also very easily accessible by road.
The Space
The house is located on two levels. The first level is the one to live in and is directly accessible without steps or stairs by the path or the adjoining box where you will park the car. On this first level there is a large terrace where you can spend most of your time on sunny days. From the terrace you will have direct access to the dining room, the living room and the kitchen. On this first level there is a bedroom with its bathroom.
Going down the steps you access the other two bedrooms each with their own bathroom, one separate and the other en-suite. Both bedrooms open onto the private garden of about 300 square meters, which is fully enclosed.

A village 5 kilometers from the house offers all useful shops. A Provençal market takes place every Sunday. A car is required.
