Comfortable and modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single-family home in the beautiful Parkside/Sunset district of San Francisco, only one block away from the L Taraval streetcar, numerous cafes and supermarkets, parks, tennis/basketball courts, and only 5 minutes from the beach!
Upstairs features large open concept living room with L-shaped sectional, large smart TV, large dining room table that comfortably seats 10, a lot of beautiful original artwork, kitchen, patio that leads down to the large backyard (with charcoal grill and raised planters!) and three bedrooms, one of which is being used as an office.
Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2: Currently my daughter's room with twin bed
Bedroom 3: Currently being used as an office with standing desk, but we can set up a full bed there to accommodate two adults
Ground floor includes a large multipurpose room with second office (including external monitor and standing desk), garage that can accommodate two cars side by side, washer and dryer, and large backyard.
Comfortable furnishings including two separate offices with standing desks and monitors on arms, comfy couch, beautiful mid century modern furniture throughout.
Looking for a home swap for give or take one month in New York City this summer, sometime between June 6th and August 23rd. For the right home, we'll even throw in use of our car!

For the right exchange we're also happy to let you use our car, a 2015 Golf, to explore all the incredible natural beauty, beaches, hikes, and mountains the Bay Area has to offer!
