Our home is designed architectural home. There are 2 full bathrooms, one with jacuzzi jet tub, 2 very spacious bedrooms and a home office/bedroom to serve you. Our kitchen is bright and truly functional surrounded by windows and over-looking the semi-private mature treed backyard with a wrap-around deck. There is also a family room on the main floor for TV and games, separate laundry room, outdoor Kamado charcoal grill BBQ smoker. Our wood burning fireplace provides warmth, comfort and a place to curl up beside in the cold winter days. Enjoy what the beautiful Maritimes has to offer and Live East Coast life style!

Our home is conveniently centrally located in Moncton/Dieppe, New Brunswick.

We are at 2 minutes to the new UNIplex complex, hockey rinks, and walking tracks;  
15 minutes to Parlee Beach provincial park in Shediac, the town of Shediac is known as the lobster capital of the world; 
40 minutes to Hopewell Rocks, experience the highest tides of the world;
Fundy National Park and Kouchibouguac National Park are both 1 hour away; 

Our neighborhood is a familiar neighborhood that is very lively thanks to the nearby restaurants, green spaces and shops. Also close to all amenities, minutes to Champlain mall, multiple grocery stores, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, library, indoor outdoor swimming pools, zoo, farmer's market, nature parks and hiking trails and an outdoor refrigerated skating oval in the winter and splash pads in the summer.
