Our neighborhood is truly charming and offers a safe and welcoming environment that is perfect for leisurely walks. You will find all the necessary shops for your daily needs within walking distance, including a bakery, butcher, supermarket, discount store, drugstore, pharmacy and more. In addition, there are charming cafes and restaurants nearby for your culinary pleasure. If you are traveling with the family, you will be happy to know that a public swimming pool and several playgrounds are within walking distance of our house. For those interested in culture and history, numerous sights and museums are waiting to be explored. Münchner Freiheit, Leopoldstraße, the Olympic Park and BMW Welt are just a bike ride away and some are even within walking distance. A bus, tram and metro station is right on our doorstep.

Our location is ideal for exploring popular destinations such as Salzburg, Augsburg, the Alps with the Zugspitze as well as sights such as Neuschwanstein Castle, Legoland in Augsburg or Playmobil Land in Nuremberg quickly and easily by train or car. Day trips to Austria, Salzburg, Vienna and Lake Constance are also possible without any problems. Use Munich as a starting point for your further travel plans in Europe! Excellent rail and air connections provide easy access to London, Paris, Rome, Prague, Berlin and many other cities around the world.
