Our neighborhood is truly charming and offers a safe and welcoming environment that is perfect for leisurely walks.
You will find all the necessary shops for your daily needs within walking distance, including a bakery, butcher, supermarket, discount store, drugstore, pharmacy and more. In addition, there are charming cafes and restaurants nearby for your culinary pleasure.
If you are traveling with the family, you will be happy to know that a public swimming pool and several playgrounds are within walking distance of our house. Munich is a very pedestrian-friendly city and public transport is only 150m away from our house.
Our location is ideal for exploring popular destinations such as Salzburg, Augsburg, the Alps with the Zugspitze as well as sights such as Neuschwanstein Castle, Legoland in Augsburg or Playmobil Land in Nuremberg quickly and easily by train or car. Day trips to Austria, Salzburg, Vienna and Lake Constance are also possible without any problems.
