General overview
Spacious house easily holds a large family. Lots of toys as our kids are 4-12. The yard is amazing, the neighborhood is active with a pool within walking distance.
Durham is a foodie paradise, often topping the lists for great places to live. Home of the Durham Bulls. Downtown offers a fantastic farmers markets and food trucks here are basically gourmet.
Our favorite local hikes are Oconeechee mountain and the Eno river. Jordan Lake and Falls Lake offer great fun as well. Duke Gardens is amazing.

Durham has an exploding food scene and a vibrant downtown. Nearby Chapel Hill is a lovely college town. Between Durham and Raleigh there are many outdoor events: sports, concerts, farmers and flea markets as well as indoor events: concerts and theater. A day trip to the beach is very doable.

Downstairs there is a large kitchen, a large kitchen table, living room with TV, dining room used as a downstairs open/play space with an electric piano, a beautiful home office and a bathroom.
Upstairs there is a large master bedroom/bathroom with a king, a large playroom with a queen size murphy bed, a bedroom with a twin Day bed and trundle and private bathroom, a room with a twin loft bed and toddler bed, and a final bedroom with another loft twin. There’s a fourth bathroom in the hallway upstairs.
Outside there’s a screen porch, a large back deck and a beautiful backyard bursting with plant life.

Neighbourhood
The neighborhood is full of kids out playing all the time. There is a tennis court, playground, and pool within walking distance. The tobacco trail is nearby and is a hiking/biking trail that winds all through Durham.

We are about 15 minutes from RDU down I-40W.
