General Overview

Nice and quiet neighbourhood where you can relax and enjoy the birdsong but still close enough to beaches of The North Shore and Albany Mall and restaurants, swimming pool and cinema .

The Space

The 3 bedroom 2.5 bath rooms with 2.5 bath house is comfortable is good for family visiting Auckland. The spacious covered deck is lovely to use right through the year for entertaining and relaxing.

Guest Access

It’s easy access 3 steps from garage to deck which is connected with 1 step into the house.

Notes

You do need a car to get around and there is lots of parking in front of the house coming down a long driveway which make a lovely walk circular root for driving and walking for exercise

Getting to my home

We are 45 min from Auckland Airport with shuttles , uber service as well as a bus service but Uber will be the most convenient to get to our place. BUT you do need a car to get around.
