Perfect for families with kids, we have a grassy backyard and playground set, along with a patio table to enjoy meals outside (seating for 10). The mountain location is ideal in Spring & Summer, with cool mornings and warm afternoons to enjoy sitting and playing outdoors. Single story, ranch-style home with open floor plan to enjoy entertaining or relaxing with the family. Quiet neighborhood with hillside views. Location & access: Close (2 miles) to both the 101 and 405 highways. Easily situated at the top of Mulholland to access either the Westside or the Valley, avoiding majority of rush hour traffic. 15 minute drive from the Westside (Beverly Hills, UCLA, Westwood, Sunset Blvd.), and 10 minute drive from the Valley (Encino, Studio City, etc.). 20-30 min drive to Santa Monica beach/pier, or Universal Studios.
