Local supermarket 10mins walk. Residential area in popular surfing location. Lots of little 'huts' = free BBQ's for picnics. Lovely promenade paths to the beach. Watch surfers on the Bluff at sunset. Kitesurfing, stand up paddleboard (SUP) on the river nearby. Or, hire a little boat for a few hours fun on Maroochy River.
