Covered timber decks suit our Beach and Outdoor lifestyle.
Outdoor covered decks - suited to outdoor dining throughout the year, reading or just watching the birds. 3 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms; 2 separate living spaces (upstairs/downstairs); open plan design and easy to care for. Main living area and master bedroom is upstairs. Guests rooms are downstairs by the pool. Separate living area for children or guests gives you all the quietness you may need. In winter (June/July) we get lovely sunshine most days; temperatures around 24°C, which heats the house as sunshine falls on the glass downstairs.
