*It is actually a four bedroom apartment but one of the bedrooms are set up for a baby/younger child. One bedroom with full bed, one queen bed, one room with a twin sized bunk bed, and a fourth small room has a crib. If you need the crib we are happy for you to use that room. If not, we will store our stuff in there to give you extra drawer/closet space.
The space
First floor apartment in historical Harlem area.
Decent sized living room with a large couch and dining room table that can seat six and extend to fit eight For those traveling with a baby we have high chair.
Room #1 has a Murphy bed that you can leave down or put up to give you a playroom. More toys then we need :)
Room #2 is small and has a crib. We didn't include it in the listing because it will only work if you have a baby. If you don't use it we will put some of our stuff to clear out drawer/closet space for you. You could also store your own luggage in there.
Room #3 includes a twin bunk bed (picture not updated).
Room #4 includes a queen bed.
The kitchen is on the small size, as it common for NYC.
Large sized bathroom.
Our building has paid laundry in the basement that is accessible via the buildings elevator.
Guest access
First floor apartment. Three stairs to get in outside the building. Two small stairs to get into our apartment. The building has an elevator. You won't need it much, unless you do laundry in the basement (which is accessible to all guests)
