The space
We live in a contemporary house of 130m2 with our 2 beautiful boys. Our house is located in the countryside on the way to the beaches and only a 10 minute drive to Quimper city center.
On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall, downstairs toilets, a cellar, a bedroom (double bed 200x160) with ensuite, a kitchen equipped with everything you need (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge etc…) and a living room room (1 sofa 140x190) where you can relax, read books or do a bit of work at the desk should you need to.
Upstairs, there are 3 further bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200, 1 double bed 140x190 & 1 single bed 90 x190), separate toilets and a family bathroom with bath and shower.
Outside the terrace gives onto a garden of about 800 m2 with pretty flowers. There is also an outdoor table with chairs, three sun loungers, a hammock and a shed with tools and bikes (5). We also have a bouncy castle and Netflix. We can lend you our car, a Volvo XC60.

On the ground floor, we have an entrance hall, toilets, a cellar, a bedroom (double trundle bed 160x200) with a bathroom (walk-in shower), a an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave oven, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher...), a living room on parquet floor with living room, lounge (sofa bed 140x190) and office area and library.
The floor is composed of three bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200, 1 double bed 140x190 and 1 single bed 90x190), toilets and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The house is ideal for four or even six people.
The terrace overlooks a flowered garden of approximately 800 m². There is also a garden table and chairs, three deck chairs, a hammock and a shed with tools and bicycles (2 adults and three children). Indoor activities: Netflix, board games, Wii, toys... We can lend our car, a Volvo XC60 or a Mini Cooper.
Our house is modern and very pleasant to live in. It is very bright thanks to the many windows. The garden is large enough for playing with the children or lounging. And the neighbors are adorable.

Our neighborhood is rather quiet since it is a dead end. You will find shops 10 minutes away on foot (bakery, pharmacy...). It is ideally located between the city and the coast, the beaches (15 mins). You can also easily reach several sites in less than an hour.

15 mins from Bénodet, Fouesnant, La Forêt-Fouesnant.
20 mins from Concarneau, Douarnenez, Pont-l'Abbé.
